Kingfisher (Lubrication) Ltd
Re-development of the Ashley Industrial Estate
New steel stock and production building

Kingfisher (Lubrication) Ltd acquired a site adjacent to their existing grease fittings production facility in Leeds, for future expansion and development.

Braithwaite & Jackman have worked with Kingfisher over many decades, and have been involved in the gradual development of their buildings on Meanwood Road. A feasibility scheme for expansion was prepared, with the aim of maximising the site potential of both the existing and new sites.

The agreed scheme included a new 1500 M2 building linked to the existing, to provide steel storage and production areas, and to enable the rest of the works and the production flow to be rationalised.

The new building incorporates innovative design reflecting the company’s development of engineering skills in their own specialist field. The site is in a prominent location and gives an excellent opportunity for Kingfisher to raise their local profile.
